Cultuurnet Vlaanderen was an initiative of the Cabinet of the Minister of Culture, Flanders (now Publiq). It was the first online tool that bundled all the cultural initiatives in the Flemish Region. Visionandfactory designed this identity (within a pitch) but withdrew it afterwards because the studio did not agree with the (ever changing) procedure.
